Based in Inner Mongolia, Erdos are China's largest cashmere producer, accounting for about 25% of China's total cashmere output. The company operates on a site which was purpose built in 2013. The production process is totally vertical, with every proccess in-house from the fibre coming in from the farms, through scouring, de-hairing, dyeing, spinning, knitting and weaving. In 2017, Erdos opened a new knitting factory in Myanmar, capable of producing around 750,000 garments in 12 gauge. 
The main knitting plant is equipped with the latest Shima and Stoll technology with all gauges from 3 to 18 including multi-gauge and whole garment plus 92 colour intarsia and hand intarsia. We can also offer in-house embroidery, screen and digital printing. Co-located on the same site is a world leading cashmere testing and R&D centre, which is approved by CNAS and Erdos are members of CCMI and the Sustainable Fibre Alliance (SFA). All sites are fully audited and compliant with European standards.

Over the past 20 years we have built up a efficient network of partner manufacturing companies based in Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy and Portugal. Here we produce smaller quantities of high quality knitwear with a minimum order of 200 per style made from primarilly luxury Italian and UK yarns. We have all gauges from 3 to 18 and a skilled team in our UK office to manage the whole proccess including buying all yarns and accessories.
